I have just purchased a lovely MG ZS from this company and was delighted with how courteous and professional everyone was. I test drove the car on Saturday (6th July) and picked it up on Tuesday (9th). Ellie (sales executive) was very efficient and even arranged for me to be picked up at Stroud railway Station. Had a fantastic experience with Thompson First - Darren was wonderful to deal with, very attentive and genuine. No pushy sales talk, just genuinely seemed to want to do the best for the customer. How car sales should be. I was so impressed with the service and the car, that I drove 150 miles to collect it. Super happy with the car too. Overall would recommend these guys - don't buy from your "street dealer" go to a proper dealership for your used car - you won't be disappointed :)
